Who handles your information

FixLyra, operated from Türkiye, handles the information you send through the project enquiry form. For privacy questions or requests, email main@fixlyra.com.

What the form collects

Depending on what you provide, this may include your name, email address, business or project name, country, selected service, domain status, budget and timing preferences, current website address, project description, and reference files you choose to upload. Email and business name are optional. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other confidential information.

Why and how it is used

FixLyra uses these details to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss scope and pricing, and—if you proceed—coordinate the requested website work. For steps you request before a possible service agreement, the intended basis is processing necessary for establishing a contract under Article 5(2)(c) of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law, where that condition applies. The form sends information over the internet to FormSubmit, an external form and email-delivery provider, which processes and forwards it to main@fixlyra.com. FixLyra does not use enquiry details for marketing newsletters.

FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days; uploaded files are not retained. Its processing may be subject to its own terms and privacy practices. See FormSubmit’s help page and privacy notice.

Retention

FixLyra deletes enquiry emails and copies within 90 days after the enquiry is resolved. If you become a client, information needed to deliver the agreed work or meet legal obligations may be kept separately for as long as necessary. FormSubmit’s separate submission archive is subject to its own retention period of up to 30 days.

Your choices and requests

Under applicable data protection law, you may request confirmation about whether your personal data is processed, access to that data and information about its use and recipients, correction of inaccurate data, and deletion or restriction where the legal conditions are met. You may also raise an objection or complaint where the law allows. Send requests to main@fixlyra.com. Information that must be kept for an active project or a legal obligation may not be immediately deletable.
